The QUALITY Help Desk is the initial point of contact when you have an issue or question.. QUALITY’s Help Desk is available during business hours (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to log issues and support your team.

BEFORE CONTACTING THE HELP DESK
When contacting our Help Desk, the following information having the following information helps expedite the process:

COPY/PRINT:

  • Quality Identification Tag (2 Letters, 3 Numbers Found on Small Silver ID Tag on MFD)
  • Your Name, Location & Contact Information
  • A Description of the Problem and its Severity
  • Any Error Messages

IT/NETWORKING:

  • Your name and location
  • Where and how to contact you in case of a problem
  • A description of the problem and its severity
  • Any error messages and what was processing at the time the problem occurred
  • The applications and versions you are working with
  • Any changes made recently
  • In case of a request or question, a description of request or question and relevant details
